Standard Birth Doula Support | 24/7 on-call labor support
Birth Doula Support is helpful for families looking for birth preparation and in-person birth support. During our time working together, you will receive support as you prepare for your birth with birth plan preferences, childbirth education preparation, in-person, and hands-on labor/birth support, and help with navigating healthcare systems.
Birth Doula Support Includes:
2 Birth & Postpartum prep sessions
1 Lactation Prep session (available for any newborn feeding strategy)
24/7 on-call support starting at 37 weeks of pregnancy until your birth
In-person labor and delivery support
1 - 3 hour(s) postpartum session
Phone and email resource support
Free or Subsidized Services may be available through the Swedish Doula Program or Quilted Health Services - You must plan to birth at either location to qualify

Daytime Support | 3-hour visit
Check-in support is perfect for families looking for more sporadic postpartum check-ins. During this time, I offer families support in whatever feels nurturing that day. Whether it be lactation support, newborn care, or rest and recovery.
Weekdays Afternoon Session: 12 pm to 3 pm
Weekdays Evening Session: 4 pm to 7 pm
Overnight Support | 8 -hour visit
Overnight support is perfect for families looking for overnight newborn care. This time is focused on newborn care and late-night feeding support. Some light housework may be offered depending on your newborn’s sleep.
Weeknights from 10 pm to 5 am
Free Services may be available through the Swedish Doula Program. You do not need to birth or receive care at Swedish hospital to qualify
